EMPLOYEE REFERRALS
Do you know someone who would be a great teammate and employee? We want to know them too! Numotion is looking for top talent to fill a variety of roles.
To refer a friend to Numotion direct them to our Careers Page. When they apply for a position have them enter your name when prompted. This will link you to your employee referral in the system.
If non-ATP individual you refer is hired, you will receive a $200 bonus.
If you refer an ATP and they are hired you will receive a $500 for a RESNA certified ATP, or a $1,000 bonus for a RESNA certified ATP that is hired to work in CA, NY, FL or TX.
From time to time, an Executive Management Team member may approve an increase in the referral bonus to encourage referrals for positions that exhibit recruitment difficulties.
Employee Referral Bonuses are paid after the employee has completed 90 days of active employment and is contingent on the referral being an active employee at the time of payout.
Members of the Human Resources department, the Executive Management Team, the hiring manager of the position, and any member of the interview team are not eligible for any referral award.
